Fast & Friendly just when you need it!

When Ted our 12 week old puppy was taken ill after his vaccinations we were not only concerned for him but the cost of healthcare. Luckily we had taken out a policy with BBM. When I called to talk through what happened there friendly team were concerned around Ted and settled the claim quickly with the money in our account within weeks.
