Caring and professional

One of my pugs suffers from seizures and after my wife and I paying cash for the vet bills until we were told his diagnosis and treatment will be for life ( he is 1 1/2) we decided to use our insurance and straight away you could tell the compassion the advisors had and they immediately started my claim and contacted my vets to get all the info and also reimbursed us for the previous cash payments we paid before calling them.
