Helpful customer service

When we needed to claim for a heart scan for our little dog the customer service was excellent, all done over the phone and they liaised directly with our vet and settled the claim with them. We were so impressed we have had no qualms about insuring our second pet with them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
