I have recently claimed for surgery costs for my dog. This is the first time I have claimed and I was surprised how quickly they responded and are keeping me informed of everything that is happening. My last dog was insured with a different company and if I had to claim it took ages and there was little communication. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
