Excellent!

Cannot fault Many Pets, I've had to claim several times. Excellent customer service, and pay out very quickly indeed. I had to wait about 15 minutes once as they were so busy then I accidentally cut myself of and they rang me straight back so I didn't have to sit in the queue again. A great company all round, cannot fault them.. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Superb - cannot fault them

My pup had 2 luxating patella, BBM where extremely helpful and efficient even working from home... recommend to my daughter who also bought it for her puppy. They really care about animals and cant speak highly enough of them Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
