Fast and efficient response to our claim for our young cat's hip operation in 2019.

We chose Bought by Many to insure our 2 kittens from Oct 2018 because they seemed to offer the best value for money and reliable service. In April 2019 one of our cats was hit by a car and had to have part of his hip removed. He made an excellent recovery and can still run and climb as before. This happened while we were away on holiday so he was kept at another vet's (not actually our vet at that time) before going to a specialist for the op. It became a 2-part claim but was handled efficiently and professionally by the company, without any hassle. I have recommended them to several people I know who have just acquired pets.
