The Co-operative online business banking terrible

The Co-operative business banking interface online is truly dismal. You have to fight with it to get even the simplest of information. Statements are not available as simple monthly links, you have to search a date range which frequently and inexplicably returns a null result. It seems to be impossible to just simply search all transactions on the account for a simple period, ie this week, month, year etc. Even when you know the date range you have entered should return results, nothing displays. Activating and logging in is tedious. We went with Co-operatie banking for ethical reasons, but in terms of practicality and usability it scores an easy 1 out of 10. Reviewed on: 6th November 2026
