This is my first experience with Brought by Many

I was unsure how to make my first claim as I don’t have a computer at home. I rang on two separate occasions on the same day and both people I spoke to were really helpful and patient with my endless questions. They both put me at ease and made the process idiot prove for me to understand. I was already upset over my Boxer babe being in the Vets. But my experience over the phone helped relieve my anxiety over struggling to make a claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
