Fairly priced, easy to claim & great customer service

After adopting my first dog in April 2019, I immediately bought pet insurance but there were hundreds of options and choosing was difficult until I saw the policies offered by Bought by Many. I was particularly impressed by the reasonable premiums, the lifetime policies and the yearly vet fee cover amount which far exceeded the amount offered by other insurance companies for the same cost. These benefits have proved invaluable when my dog was diagnosed with 3 lifelong chronic conditions, for which the ongoing treatment would cost more than I could afford. I was apprehensive when I first made a claim, but the process was so easy and simple; the regular updates throughout the process and the service provided by the team when I have had questions, has been second to none. Considering I had to claim a large amount in the first year, I was concerned my premiums would increase substantially in the second year, but this was not the case and Bought by Many has enabled me to continue to give my dog the best possible care. For this reason, I have and will continue to recommend Bought by Many to other pet owners to help them to give their pets the best when problems arise! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
