Excellent and efficient service after our beautiful German Shepherd had an accident while we were on holiday. They liaised with the emergency vet as well as our local vet on our return. No paperwork for us to sort out as all done over the phone with friendly and supportive agents. We hadn't been with Bought by Many for long when this occured and then within a few months there were further complications with the dog and yet another claim. It was such a relief to know that we would be able to recover the cost of treatment which had mounted up significantly. All this came at a time when my husband was undergoing serious health issues and hospitalised, so it lessened the worry to be able to speak to someone and know that it would be sorted out.
