Excellent customer service online and in-branch and a real money saver compared to my previous account.

I switched to Santander early in 2014 and from day one I saved money both on my overdraft and with their various cashback incentives. Online baking is smooth and functional and staff in branch are always cheerful and helpful. They offer value combined with great customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile, What more could you want from a bank! Reviewed on: 9th January 2015
