Appalled - Renewal price hike is ridiculous

I love the assurance of Pet Insurance for my Pet, especially as my beloved (now 1 year old's) breed is susceptible to high vet bills, and at the time of buying my Pedigree English Bulldog puppy, I felt the Bought by Many was the best on the market. The video call with a vet during an urgent issue with the dog was valuable and comforting. But, upon receiving my renewal fee for my dog's insurance cover, which was £75 per month, I was disgusted to see the price increased to £87 per month. I feel completely ripped off and will certainly NOT be recommending them for their poor business conduct and unsubstantiated price rise. SHOCKING Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
