Wonderful people

Our puppy was having surgery near his eye and we were stress because of the procedure and the cost but the staff on the BBM customer service were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and raised the claim for me. Due to covid they set my expectations that it may take longer to process the claim but everything was quick enough.
