Have pet insurance and am happy about the cover provided. Touch wood not had to use it yet but good to know my dog is covered for any unexpected illnesses or injuries. Have only experienced customer service via email due to the pandemic but overall good communication. To be honest I’ve rarely needed customer service since taking out the policy.
