Best product on the market by far and tip top customer service

I have never made a claim on pet insurance before and wasn't aware that consultation fees would be included in my cover so I didn't include these fees in my claim. The claim was processed very quickly and without quibble and the payment I received included the consultation fees which I hadn't even claimed for! Fantastic service and I'm reassured that should I ever need to claim again if my pet becomes seriously unwell, I wont be have the additional worry of financial hardship or wrangling to contend with.
