Good value and reliable

I've got the moneyback policy meaning if I don't claim I get a % of my premium refunded at the end of the policy year. Both my cat and dog are covered and having claimed for my dog I didn't expect a refund. However I was given a pro rata refund for my cay which I thought was great. The claims service was excellent. They dealt directly with the vets, I didn't have to do anything. The one time I had a query they responded really quickly. Very efficient all round, would definitely recommend.
