Highly recommend...would not use anyone else

Customer service second to none. Any queries I had initially with first making a claim were resolved & answered promptly. Payments for our ongoing claim are received the same day as receipts are submitted, or at the latest the day after. Could not ask for more. Thank you! Reviewed on: 11th October 2021

Excellent value & Customer Service

Fortunately we've never had to make a claim on our pet insurance, but customer service experience with queries we had before we'd even taken a policy out was second to none. The policy does exactly what it says it will, and on renewal we received a percentage of our yearly premium as cashback PLUS a reduction in premium on renewal. Extremely pleased we found BBM and will happily recommend them to anyone :-) Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
