Ollie had a lump and it was taken out by the vet - when we made a claim it was dealt with efficiently and we received the full amount that the bill was for. Only quibble was they had to have an itemised bill from the vet, which took a bit of time to get from the vet as he had just put a total for the op, but apart from that they are excellent and this year the premium has only gone up by £1 per month. Only snag is now Ollie is older there is an excess to pay and a percentage of the claim but that is understandable - excellent service Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
