Excellent service

Recent claim was dealt with professionally and quickly. Love that it can all be done on line or over phone. Was able to get fees paid direct to vets which was a great relief as it was a substantial claim. Brilliant that you have a year to claim back fees, which really helped with recent claim as my dog injured his foot in March a stick went in between his rear toes which culminated in numerous visits to vets over a five month period hampered by lockdown, resulted in ultrasound and removal of stick which had travelled to rear of leg. When I contacted BBM they just took details over phone dealt with my vets and specialist vets where he had to go to for procedure. Very simple uncomplicated process as they did it all I just paid excess and percentage. Excellent, hassle free. Will be putting my other dog with them when her policy comes up for renewal.
