Efficiency personified.

My little Shih Tzu girl ate some string from a tug toy and was operated on by vet at Pets at Home. BBM couldn't have settled my claim any faster. Later ,the same year she fell very ill with Acute Haemorrhagic Diarrhoea and.. was in the Queen Mother Vet Hospital for a week. Once again the claim was settled. very quickly. So yes, thoroughly recommended. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
