Excellent customer service

Very easy to choose cover on the website and purchase. Competitive rates and cover well explained. All documents received online, and easily accessible from website. We have also been unfortunate enough to have to claim, but the claims process also went very smoothly and was settled in accordance with the cover T's&C's - black and white, no quibbles. Also when I've spoken to customer service staff on the phone, they've been very knowledgeable about their products, as well as relaxed, friendly and unhurried on the phone - they're happy to listen about all the stories I tell them about my pets!
