Hello, I have only rated 50% so far as to whether I would recommend you to friends/family. This is because I have not yet needed to make a claim for my dog (long may it be so), so I am unable to comment as to how good the process will be for me. I will be more than happy to give another review in the future should I need to make a claim. I am however, very pleased with the cover I am receiving for Leo.
