Efficient, professional, caring.

A year and a half into mammary carcinoma surgery and post op reviews for my dog, I can say that the whole experience with BBM has been exceptional. The process at a difficult time was made easier by their reassuring and understanding call operators. The claim process was straightforward and fast whether reimbursing me or the hospital directly.
