Excellent customer service, communication and coverage

I have been very happy with bought by many's pet insurance for my cat. Granted my dealings have been minimal so far but I have made one claim and found the coverage to be very fair. I really appreciate the transparency/communication about my policy and claims and the customer service has also been easy to reach and kind. I can't really complain and would recommend them!
