Responsive and understanding

Bought my insurance last year for a trip to Orlando in July 2020, at an excellent price. Covid19 meant we weren't able to travel. I contacted Travel Insurance Saver on livechat to amend to a later date and within minutes was set up with a new policy. Unfortunately i had to change my policy a further two occasions but each time the service was extremely quick and efficient. Everybody I was in contact with were courteous and polite, a real pleasure to deal with. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
