Great, simple pet insurance

I have now been with Bought By Many pet insurance for over 3 years. For the first 2 years, we made no claim and received 20% of our premium payments back as a reward. At the end of our 3rd year, we had to make a claim for vets fees as our dog had injured his leg. The process for submitting a claim was quick and simple, Bought By Many kept us updated throughout and the payment to my account was made quickly and for the full amount (minus the low excess fee) meaning that I was quickly reimbursed and not out of pocket. I don't think I'll ever change to anyone else. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
