Excellent all round service

After being disappointed with our first dog insurance provider for raising premiums significantly despite not having made a claim, I did a good deal of online research before choosing Bought By Many who were providing exceptional levels of cover at very competitive prices. Unfortunately we have since had to make claims for an ongoing skin condition which our dog developed and I can only praise the level of service we have received. The claims process is very simple, with prompt payment of veterinary bills. We were anxious we may see a sharp increase in premiums on renewal, but this hasn't been the case, with a modest and fair increase. I can only praise the level of service and always recommend Bought by many to family and friends. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
