Great service in difficult times!

In April 2020, during the pandemic lockdown my dog had an intestinal blockage. These things have to happen out of hours with emergency fees, not your usual vet and emergency surgery, all costing rather a lot! Add in Coronovirus and you have to mask up and hand over your unwell and scared dog to the vet at the door of the practice. Bought by many paid out for my fees without delay, the online form and invoice upload was easy to use and despite reduced staff and working from home conditions imposed on businesses they continually updated me during the process, apologised for any delay (which there really wasn’t). Funds were paid in full less the excess I’d already agreed when taking out the policy. It made a worrying time during lockdown a lot less stressful. Thank you! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
