Superb customer service

I claimed for my dog to have a cruciate repair operation and all I had to do was make one telephone call. The customer care team dealt with my vet directly and settled the claim immediately with no fuss. The premium was very competitive and there was no major increase after having 2 claims in a year. Customer service is 5 star

Have claimed twice for surgery on my poorly dog. All it took was a phone call to register a claim and the customer service team dealt directly with my vet to settle the claim. Cannot rate this company for their professionalism highly enough. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
