Fantastic service from Lucy Burnside

My partner and I have recently applied for a mortgage and have worked alongside Lucy at the Vernon Building Society. From start to finish the entire process was explained and Lucy has helped every step of the way of the process making it stress free and structured and has been extremely professional and personable.
