Horrific Customer Service

Blatantly lied to us regarding our payout when our car was stolen, I have the emails to prove it. Took a ridiculous amount of time to settle and we were told many times that the payment had been made that day when it hadn't. I would make a formal complaint but I don't want to put myself through dealing with them again. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
