dreadful customer service

phoned to cancel policy to move to esure and one insurance were adamant i had to pay 1 month further premium in order to cancel the policy even though i was on a rolling month to month contract in their supposed platinum club which they advertise as no cancellation charges. Quite rude with it as well. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
