Great to deal with

My husband was classed as the main driver on our car insurance and I was an additional driver. When he passed away I had ring One Call to let them know my change of circumstances. They were ever so compassionate and supportive. Stating they would let the current policy run and at renewal time I could continue with them without losing the platinum status. Still with them 2yrs later. Not felt the need to use a price comparison site as they're always competitive, my renewal was less than the previous year. Helpful in my time of need

My husband passed away last year and he was the lead policy holder. One Call made it easy to continue our policy and allowed me to smoothly transition to my own policy once it was up for renewal.
