Poor service following non blame accident

One call tried to get me to sign a credit agreement in respect of a courtesy car offered for free. Why should I sign such a document when I was not at fault and implicate myself for charges that would be incurred after 3 days of use of a hire car? Ageus who insure the vehicle that caused the damage did not insist in this and have completely shown One call up in terms of customer service. I will not be renewing next year.
