Money grabbing business

This company are all about money not customer service ! I’m stuck with them till end of policy and can not wait to get rid of them. I 1st got my insurance late on a Sunday night by Monday morning I’d received a much cheaper quote from another company I spoke to one call less then 24 hrs after taking out the policy to let them know I didn’t want to continue ( I actually assumed there was a grace period) they wanted to charge me £35 to cancel. Very bad customer service this company doesn’t even deserve the chance to be voted !! Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
