I got an initial quote of £25 pcm which was great and signed up. Thought that was short lived as I made an error in my recollection of when the last accident was, which wasn't even my fault yet I got charged an additional £90 onto my premium. Then I was changed my car from a dacia to a more reliable skoda same size, shape and engine size and fuel type. Suddenly my month dd went upto £50. Initially I thought the first payment was due to admin for change my car two months after joining OneCall. This was not, so covid happen and I could get to speak to anyone because they completely closed their phone lines. Tried to contact them via chat many times but waited over an hour on more then one occasion, and got fend up of waiting. Final managed to get through on Monday 14th September to try and resolve the high monthly premium only to be told if I reduce my mileage from high milage to average mileage my month premium would go up further. WHAT?????. So I tried to cancel the insurance with OneCall from which they want to charge my £60 for leaving. I was then advised to stay with them as I only had three payments left. Quite frankly they have been hard to get hold of and about as helpful as someone pouring petrol on a fire to put it out!!!! Not at all impressed. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
