Claim fiasco

Claim handled very poorly. It took me 14 depts before I spoke to HQ resolutions. It took nearly 2 years before it was closed/ Why didn’t you fight my corner with the 3rd party ins company? I had to handle it all myself. 3rd party denied all knowledge of the accident. A simple look at the inconsistent info given by her to date, clearly showed how she was a liar. I’ve changed to another company now. Never to return. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
