Set and Forget - it just works

Once I'd satisfied myself that Zopa was a bona fide business I engaged fully and haven't looked back. To be honest, I've kind of forgotten the loan exists and it just ticks away very nicely. I get regular notifications so I can see the payments have been made - and, most refreshingly, the business has embraced modern tech to provide a great user experience on the website to view and manage repayments. If I ever want to take another such loan, I'll go straight to Zopa. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017
