Lucy Burnside has been absolutely wonderful

Myself and my partner are purchasing our first home and Lucy has been there for us every step of the way. I expected applying for a mortgage to be a very stressful process (especially in the current climate) but I can honestly say that Lucy has been such a calming force, and has been incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly the entire way through.
