Unsure, but changeover easy

I wasn't aware of the changeover to Jaja, however I signed in straight away on their app and paid my balance. Very easy and straightforward. I imagine there's a few who will drop through the cracks, but overall seems ok. Did try to phone customer service and didn't get through though after 20 mins of waiting.
