JaJa is a joke!

Forced move from Post Office Credit Card (never had a problem with them). Jaja is a joke! No customer service AT ALL! A glitch in their systems meant that I paid the balance off three times so now have a negative balance. I want a refund. I'm on a list for a callback, four days and waiting! I will be closing my account and getting another CC from a known provider. Barclays do a CC with zero overseas fees and cash withdrawals so that will be my next port of call.
