I have been a Lloyds customer for many years, originally with a combined buildings and contents home insurance policy, I suddenly realised that I had been paying two direct debits, one for buildings and a seperate one for contents, I was horrified, as I have never requested seperate cover, also both policies had been increased by £50.00 last year and I have never made a claim I have now cancelled my policies, DO NOT trust these people !!!
