Most competitive insurance with great customer service

We shopped around for some time comparing prices and Comfort was by far the most competitive with the best cover. The policy was super easy to set up and the customer service was so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend Comfort highly enough. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

100% price increase on renewal

I insure both of my dogs with Tesco Pet Insurance and have never had a claim. Just got my renewal quote and they have double the premiums to £618 a year for absolutely no reason. How do they think people can afford those sort of premiums? Absolute rip-off. I have to go find another insurance company but now with dogs that are older. Tesco gave me the impression that they wouldn't increase the premiums much as the dogs got older but that certainly is not the case. If they had been transparent about this from the start I would never have taken out a policy with them. They are a complete rip-off. Reviewed on: 25th November 2020
