Can't close my Help to Buy ISA

I need to close my Help to Buy ISA account and the bank is requiring me to to this in branch. Their 9:30-15:30 opening hours make this practically impossible as they open after the start of and close before the end of normal working hours. With all city centre offices currently closed due to COVID, lunch time is not feasible as there's physically not enough time to drive over, get this sorted and drive back home during a lunch break. Extremely disappointing I can't simply close this account online or over the phone. Sadly, Halifax seems to be among the banks that are still 10 years behind in their online service capabilities.
