Had to reinvest our ISA's savings and because you offered a good interests rate and still use passbooks which I prefer to see my savings (dont do online) Was recommeded by my cousin when I visited M'boro branch. Sue was so helpful and made the transfer so smooth Im delighted I changed and look forward to using my local branch Reviewed on: 14th November 2020
