Refund problem

When my account was closed I was asked for another account to which you wanted to transfer. I gave you a different bank account. After that, you made a transfer, but my second bank canceled the transfer and you did not transfer my money from you. For two months I have been writing you several times called and waited 45 minutes for your answer. Why is your customer service so bad about your customers? Mn5 just needs you to check the transfer and send my money. I am waiting for more than 2" Reviewed on: 24th December 2020

We know this is frustrating, and we won’t always tell you specifically why your account has been closed, but this is the law, and we have to follow strict guidelines.
