DANGEROUS AND BROKEN COMPANY

They asked for proof of no claims discount, so I sent proof, they then sent me an email with three different none specific options ! I sent another form of proof of my discount and phoned them to see if it was acceptable, this was in lockdown period and they didn't pick up. I received an email off them saying my cover was cancelled, but I never read that email on the day, so I was driving around for 24 hrs. without cover. I phoned and spoke to a lady team leader, I asked her why they never phoned me to talk about the problem, her reply was, "We have thousands and thousands of customer, far too many to phone. " I asked he to look into the problem and she said she would and phone me in four days time, she never did. As you can see they are pathetic .
