Pathetic

I totally agree with all the negative reviews and its pretty clear that all the positive reviews are written by staff covering their backs , not genuine customers for sure . I was wondering why the underwriters ( or in this case undertakers ) allow such an inept setup to operate in their name, but then as stated, they have , " thousands and thousands of customers . " No doubt blindly thinking they are in good hands. Happy New year everyone. Reviewed on: 31st December 2020
