Never an issue with Zopa!

Have had 4 loans with Zopa. Customer service is great when you talk to them. They are easy to use and I have a feel good factor that my money is going back to others that have put in to help me! Reviewed on: 27th December 2019

Nothing but plain sailing

I have had 3 loans off Zopa now, the online portal handles all I need and the one occasion I had to contact customer services they were friendly and helpful. The loan is exactly what it says on the tin with no hidden fees or surprises and I get to pay it off early with no extra charge...10/10 and always advise people to go to them first. Good rates and helpful attitudes

I've had 3 loans with Zopa over 10 years so far. The rates are low, their customer services is friendly when you call up and I love the concept of peer-to-peer lending and not having to worry about APR and the payback amount constantly going up. They give you one total figure and you pay it back in the amount of time you want...perfect! I would greatly recommend Zopa to all my friends! Also they give you £50 when you do!
