Excellent, straightforward and ethical

Zopa is now my lender of choice. As a family, we have borrowed twice through Zopa. Both times the process has been straightforward. I find the language Zopa use to describe terms and conditions pretty much market-leading in terms of clarity and how easy it is to understand. This is outstanding in a world where many organisations hide behind impenetrable, long T&Cs filled with legalese. Zopa deserves huge credit for its hard work in this area. Zopa has offered decent interest rates whenever I have compared them. What's most important for me though is the business model. I like that I am borrowing outside the established big businesses of the banks. To further improve their business model, I would love to see a section on Zopa devoted to ethical lenders .
